SGS Veckobostäder – Accommodation for students

During the 70s there was a demand from the Universities in Göteborg for rooms for short term rental. SGS Veckobostäder was started to meet the demand. We started off with 25 furnished rooms that were rented weekly with bedding and cleaning  included in the price.
During the 90´s SGS Veckobostäders busness developed to become more of a hotel or hostel.
In 2006 SGS Veckobostäder took a new step in the development of a modern and affordable short term accommodation when 14 fully equipped apartments were ready to be rented out.
Today SGS Veckobostäder have 80 rooms and 21 apartments located in the Olofshöjd area.
